Very poor communication

This company has extremely poor communication. I had to ask multiple times, over a period of 6 months to get a contract for the room I was currently living in! The agent took 4-5 days to respond to messages, if he responded at all. All communication was curt, and the agent avoided anything that would require him to work on the property. It took three weeks for him to get a minor washing machine issue fixed. It was only fixed after almost daily requests by tenants in the property.

Would not recommend.
