ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE — DO NOT BUY LARGE ITEMS FROM HOMA!

My previous review outlined how terrible this experience has been, but it has somehow gotten even worse.

Cruel Delivery Loop: Every single day, the tracking status updates to "out for delivery" with an estimated delivery time for that exact day. Because of this, I have wasted an entire week stuck at home waiting—and absolutely nothing shows up.

Complete Incompetence: I have spent the last two days constantly speaking with Homa customer service, and in 48 hours, they haven't even managed to get a basic update from the courier.

Taking your money, trapping you at home with fake delivery updates, and offering zero accountability or support is unacceptable. Avoid Homa at all costs!

I ordered a sunshade for the garden and already 6 weeks past and no order was delivered. When I ordered it was saying , that the delivery will take about 1 week, not 6!! I was writing an email to the customer service for the fourth time already and everytime they just apologise but won’t let me know where my order is or help in any other way. The last email was even ignored. Summer is soon over and I won’t need the sunshade anymore for this year. It’s awful what I have to deal with homa. I want to cancel the order and my money back!!

I have spent almost 200 euros almost 15 days ago on the website and still I haven't received any updates about my delivery date, either on the website or by email (they do jot reply).
Terrible costumer service

I bought garden chairs and four lounge chairs (espreguiçadeiras) for the area near the swimming pool about 2.5 years ago. The upholstery on three of the lounge chairs is damaged, making them unusable. Considering that each lounge chair cost €299, this doesn’t seem to reflect Homa’s expected quality.

Homa.pt appears to be non-compliant with GDPR, as I still receive promotional SMS messages every Friday even after opting out.

Product shows available Online and by Call Center, but in reality it's missing.

Hôma delivered damage furniture . All talk with them was a disaster. No feedback and tried to get out of the claim. I had written statements from their own delivery they ignored. A awful company. Cannot recommend any business with them. They never replaced the goods !!

We had an horrible experience with the online shop. Ordered a table and 6 chairs online. After 9 weeks nothing was delivered. They did sent us a proof of delivery document with a signature. But it was a fake signature. Called several times but their customer service is really bad. Waiting around 15 min every call. And the only thing they say is that it’s under investigation. Paid close to €900 and until now they didn’t return the money. Will never shop here again..

Absolutely disgusting service. They lie about delivery. There delivery company lies. Telling me they came around or try to call and promising me delivery for three days and cancelling. I've sat at home three days in a row while being messed around and lied to. My patience with the lack of service is over

Bought a promo online & choose option paymachine. (I thought it as paying at delivery with terminal) After week & weekend I e-mailed when do they expect to deliver. They e-mailed we cancelled the order. You should have transfered at cashmachine?? Never knew that was possible. But okay. I want to order again and now price is doubled?? Promo ended 3 days ago :( Totally not client friendly! How hard can it be to help solve this misunderstanding??

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been, without a doubt, the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.
Despite paying for home delivery, the goods were first sent to a shop without informing us and then shipped back. On the second attempt, they were delivered to the wrong place, forcing us to pick them up ourselves. When we finally got the items, they were of terrible quality, so we requested a return, but the collection process was a nightmare—unorganized, delayed, and full of miscommunication. To top it off, no refunds or compensation were offered, and they held our money for two months for no good reason. Terrible service, poor products, and zero accountability. Never again.

We recently purchased several items of outdoor furniture from Homa on line and found this company to be excellent - the products were very good, the price was competitive, the delivery was without any problems and above all the staff were very helpful at all times even contacting us after the delivery to ensure that we were satisfied.
