Authentication for age was rather invasive, requiring ID verification, but it's understandable. Good safety features and guidelines.

Driver delivered wrong address
Address was written correctly but it was delivered to neighbour.
Customer service was on point. Emailed them and got replies quickly. They escalated the issue to their delivery partners and provided some compensation.
Because of their strong post sale service, I will still continue buying from them.

The products were great, but I spent over 80 and used a gift certificate to deduct the amount, yet I still had to pay for delivery. This is terrible; I might as well not have used the gift certificate.

I like the packaging but the delivery times slot option is limited.
No morning time slots available.
Like 1-4pm, like last mins close to 4pm then received the package.
Haven’t try the instant deliver option , 60-90mins. It’s still depend on the day demand.
