I recently bought a hiking guidebook from them. It was a Cicerone Guide.
My purchase was competitively priced; arrived after a few days and was well packaged.
The company communicated very well by informing me when the item was being posted and provided a tracking number.

Order an LP

Order an LP, this was received damaged due poor packaging, they offered me 10% discount which was very little comparing the damaged, item was returned.

I made another purchase of an LP, three weeks latter nothing arrived when this is a UK delivery. Contacted costumer service and no answer. 4 weeks and item still hasn't arrived.

Dusty crates

The record I had been looking for was in stock and rated vg condition. The delivery for the item was quicker than expected and when it arrived it was in perfect condition, like absolutely brand new.
Can't fault these guys and will be purchasing from them again, I might even go to their shop and waste hours going through their dusty crates.
