This kind of billing practice feels misleading and not properly communicated. I would not have used the service if this had been clearly stated upfront.

I used the app for only a few hours after purchasing what I thought was a one-time introductory offer. I was unaware that I had been enrolled in a recurring subscription and did not notice any clear communication about future charges.
When I contacted support, they canceled the subscription but refused to issue a refund. Instead, they repeatedly offered me a free year of access, even after I clearly stated that I wanted a refund and had no interest in using the service.
Very disappointing customer experience. Be extremely careful and read all subscription terms before purchasing.

Charged me £180 without consent, no refund
I have been unknowingly charged £29.99/month by Pixella for 6months, a direct debit was set up without my consent after using the site once & now Pixella are refusing to issue a refund despite the fact I haven't used the site once in the 6months they’ve been charging me. Don’t enter your card details on this site it’s a scam.
