Highly recommend. Easy to book online with quick response time. We didn’t have to worry about pick up and drop off, everything was set up without a hitch. We really enjoyed biking around the town and this service was the highlight of our trip.

extremely happy with our 2 e-bikes hired. they were delivered to our hotel before we even arrived. we used them for 4 days across from Noord to the city continuously and never needed to charge them. they were in very good condition and the locks were very good and easy to use. would def use again. 👍

I’ve booked cycles for a week at a time when I travel for business. Including Bikes is a better alternative to hotel bikes, which tend to be in disrepair or overpriced.
I’ve rented both e-bikes and city bikes from Including Bikes. The bikes are always delivered to my hotel on time with great communication and support. The bikes are traditional city bikes with lights and 7 speeds. The e-bike I rented was a similar city bike with a Bfang mid-drive conversion without a torque sensor, but it will likely be my preference next time.

Great company to rent from. We rented one city bike and two e-bikes, cycling 50-60km a day. The bikes were good quality and suited us perfectly, and the company was friendly and helpful and really over-delivered on service. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful experience working with Including bikes. They dropped off four bikes for us at our residence in Weesp, and collected same once we had finished with our cycle tour. We'd booked 2 electric bikes and 1 touring, and they even dropped an additional electric bike "in case the touring bike rider changed his mind!".
My son had an accident with one of the bikes, and they were extremely helpful and gave support and advice.
I cannot recommend them highly enough! They made our trip amazing!!

Including Bikes couldn’t have made bike rental any easier! I’m so glad I booked a bike with Including Bikes in advance. The bike was brilliant, it had bright lights for nighttime cycling, it was a very reasonable rate, the drop off and pick up process was super simple, and Matty went to a lot of trouble to accommodate my schedule. I would highly recommend this service to anyone traveling to Amsterdam!

Great experience. I really enjoyed having a form of transportation while in Amsterdam. They made it really simple. The bike was right at my hotel and I didn’t have to drop it off anywhere other than my hotel when I was finished. Put over 300 km on my bike even took it all the way to the beach one day. There are safe bike paths literally everywhere here in the Netherlands. It’s fantastic. Highly recommend great way to get around.

Honestly a lovely experience from start to finish. Easy to reserve the bike and very communicative about drop off and pick up times. Locks were very easy to understand, the bike rode well throughout the bustling streets of Amsterdam and in the countryside. Highly recommend!

We rented two of these bikes. Amazing service… They delivered them to our apartment. We rode them for 40 km and still had almost a full battery. The owner is really friendly and courteous. When we come back we are going to rent bikes again from the same company.
