Received and it was a lot smaller than expected. I'd picked what I thought was a normal font and it arrived italic. Hilarious that in the examples of fonts that it doesn't show what numeric would look like considering this is an 11:11 pendant. And I'm still unsure of how the font was italic as I hadn't picked an italic font. Also, the pendant was incredibly scratched. It was definitely NOT worth the money. Very unhappy with it, and it was a present so incredibly disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, we are very sorry to hear of your disappointment. With regards to the font selection, this correlates to the reverse engraving which I can see you did not have on your order, so the 11:11 would have been the standard template which we use for all 11:11 items.
We are very sorry to hear you feel your item was scratched, all items go through quality control before dispatch so any markings would only be polishing marks which should only be visible when looking for them in certain lights.
