Very happy with this product and the engraving is perfect. I’ve only given 4/5 for value as it was quite expensive and I know you can get this cheaper, however I am very pleased and it was lovely packed and quick delivery.

I found the ordering process very simple and straightforward. The Communication was excellent and the photo frames arrived by post quickly and in good condition. My husband died in July 2024, and I bought the frames for my two step-daughters. They were overwhelmed that I found some writing from their Dad, and it was able to be used.
