Website allowed me to click and collect a sample pot which was in a colour not possible to make up reliably in 250mm size. Staff were sympathetic and with no fuss made the sample up in 500mm for me. I have been here several times now and the staff are always super helpful and never patronising (despite my naivity)

Excellent click and collect service - super efficient.

I used to go to Bunnings because of their convenience - but they do not sell paint via click and collect (they expect you to go into the store, during covid lockdown) and I had to wait nearly 3 days for a couple of paint brushes. Inspiration Paint - Chatswood, on the other hand, sell paint via click and collect, they were was fast and efficient in preparing my order (like as soon as I could get there), they brought the goods to my car, they were polite, they knew their stuff and were very helpful, and nothing was too much of an effort for them. And as a bonus, they were only 11 cents more expensive than Bunnings on a 4 litre can of paint. I now just wish they had all the products I need from Bunnings.

My husband and I were unable to find a painter with experience at staining cedar sliding doors so had to attempt it ourselves.
We visited the Chatswood store of Inspirations and explained what we wanted to do. The assistant was extremely helpful and patient with our questions and set us up with all the required equipment to do the job.
He was knowledgeable on the products. Gave advice on which ones would be suitable for our needs, the best way to apply the products and approximate drying time taking into consideration the current weather ( cold and wet).
We will certainly shop here again for our painting needs.

The prices at Inspiration Paint are really sharp. The service is excellent and the speed with which the order is put together and completed is just awesome.
I totally recommend that you use their services. purchased over $250 are delivered free of charge. Better service then BUNNINGS and same prices.
