I purchased online for pickup and joined the club for better prices.
When I got to the shop nothing had been done, one of the items not available, prices on display cheaper that the online club price. So online order cancelled and started again at the shop. What a waste of time.

Thank you for your feedback.
I've spoken to the store at Gladesville and they've explained the situation.
Due to current lockdowns the store has limited staff and stock. This means there may be supply issues, and delays in peak periods.
The Gladesville store has advised me that they were able to supply you an alternative product that you were happy with, and that they matched the online price (which had a difference of approximately 50c).
Unfortunately you were not advised of your item being out of stock in a timely manner, and for that we apologise. We have a 2 hour click & collect promise, but during lockdown our stores with limited staff are under a lot of pressure as you can imagine.

I was charged three (3) times for the…
I was charged three (3) times for the same purchase. Something is clearly wrong between ordering on line and picking up the order from the dulux centre.
Also, the Dulux centre refused to accept that I was entitled to a 5% discount for being an edge member.
Easier to go to Bunnings and receive my 5% discount for being a power pass member
