Online ordering was very simple and easy and it was a simple swap for the paint I ordered. Looking forward to normal access to shopping but this was the best click and collect I’ve had since lockdown. Cheers

Seamless service despite lockdown. Ordered online and click and collect in 2 hours... simple and quick. Better than waiting 3 days for the same service at other companies.

Please note that this store is operating within Melbourne's lockdown restrictions. I rang beforehand and checked if an order for Dulux paint could be obtained. Later I visited the outside of the store, placed the order and the paint was promptly mixed. It was excellent service.

Great range and very quick turn around for click and collect purchase

Excellent service, so friendly and I got a free gift (a paintcan opener, so pleased it beats using my scissors). Love this friendly service, how things used to be.

I ordered paint via the website which showed it was available for delivery. The store later rang and said they did not stock it and would not deliver to me if they did! I ended up ordering from an interstate supplier and got it a few days later.

Great service and my order was ready to pick up in just a couple of hours.

Process is Ok, an improvement would be to enable the provision on special tinting non standard tinting instructions as part of the colour tint choice.
I.e. for special tinting one has to add a note in after it has been added to the cart.

Been going there for years - unfailingly outstanding customer service inc superior product knowledge - recommend this store without hesitation

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and able to help me find a solution for what I wanted to achieve. The only downside was that there were limited options and some items out of stock (or not kept at that store). Overall though, very happy with the service and the quality of the product I received.
