Ordered click & collect but chose the wrong paint type for my doors. The staff at Surry Hills noticed that what I had chosen seemed a bit odd and they rang to confirm my order. Amended my order to the right type of paint and had it ready that day. Outstanding service!

Rang store to arrange click and collect order. Cath was knowledgeable, friendly and gave great advice. Also referencing past purchase history was extremely useful in my decision making I have always found SH store staff personable, service A1 and location convenient. The fact that I can reference past history is helpful making this store my go to for all our painting needs

Would never bother going to Bunnings…
Would never bother going to Bunnings again for paint. Great price and great professional service. Appreciative of the caring attitude from staff via phone to confirm online order and staff at store for seamless click and collect. If I could give more than 5 stars for the ladies I dealt with at Surrey Hills I would!

Great team at Surrey Hills store
Great team at Surrey Hills store. Whilst I have painted before, I had many questions specific to my old Edwardian home's requirements. They patiently answered and their advice was v constructive around the type of paint required, preparation detail and they matched products accordingly. The dulux paint i used was also the same price as Bunnings too. My house looks excellent as a result! Couldnt recommend highly enough.

Very helpful advice
Very helpful advice. Staff explained to me the difference between the paint types suitable for me. I also found sandpaper that had a finer grit, which is not available at other larger hardware stores. I will certainly make this my 'go to' store for all my painting needs.
