Not Happy!!! My first order was not advertised correctly. I received clear plastic bags instead of grey/white mailers. They are useless to me! My second order was what I wanted in the first order. I use around 500 of the 10"x 13" weekly. I asked for a return on the first order weeks ago, but have NOT received any UPS return voucher.

The order was placed for the transparent version shown in the listing image, but we recognize this was not the style you intended for your application. Once the issue was brought to our attention, we processed a full refund to resolve the matter promptly.
