Dear Donna,

Thank you for your most valuable feedback. First of all we are very sorry for the ongoing issue with the plastic wickets breaking during shipping. Barbara, says she has been in contact with you about this ongoing issue and personally Q.C.s the last shipments to make sure the plastic wickets are not leaving here broken. We are working with the wicket vendor to see if we can find a thicker wicket or better resins, etc. We will also try inner packing your next order in a larger box with more cushioning to see if this helps damage during shipping. As you are already aware, we will always do our best to make sure you are satisfied! Thank you for your past business and we look forward to serving you again soon.
