What a rubbish player. It buffers, freezes and crashes all the time. I have never yet been able to watch anything live from start to finish regardless of connection speed. You can't pause it, rewind it or go back to where it last crashed. ITVX is as bad as it's sponsor's pizzas.

The latest annoyance is adverts repeating 5 or 6 times in the same advert gap. I wish it was like iplayer or All 4

This TV app is the most glitchy that I have ever used. Virtually everytime there are adverts on, after the adverts it comes up with the message oops something went wrong and you have to exit what your watching and reload. Dreadful from such a company

Urgh you guys are useless. What a way to ruijn the world cup. Pls never bid for anything again, EVERYONE would prefer if you left living to those who arent you.

Awful awful app. Freezes constantly, doesn’t remember where you are up to, so many ads (before, during, everytime you try and restart from the buffering).

So many tv apps out there and this one can’t even get the basics right. I’m in the middle of an episode and can’t make it play yet every other tv app is working fine so it’s not my connection!!

Absolutely shockingly awful!! Glitchy, won't load, buffers all the time. My no1 reason for deleting this app was how atrocious it is ..however unfortunately Rugby world cup has lead me back to this absolute joke of an app and to relive the pain!!

Slow, malfunctioning regularly

Absolute crap. Great content but can't reload an episode once watched, I fall asleep and miss endings and then can't watch it again! You need new developers, glitches all the time. Don't understand how they've got it so wrong when every other service runs so smoothly. I would NEVER pay for this

tried to watch the rugby on ITV4 last 14/09/23 and it was unwatchable close up not to bad but when it went out to action shots it was all blurred cant see why you didn't leave coverage on your HD channels suppose it will be the same tonight would of been better if BBC had got the coverage ITV is crap

Trying to watch Rugby World cup, lost the pitcture. Went to watch on my phone and now am watching more adverts during the match.

Never had problems with any other app. BBC, c5 C4 all work well. Itv is shocking. I have a smart TV and a bit box. It either doesn't start or will make the effort to stutter through the ads, get to the sponsor and decide that's enough. These days it's not good enough

I suggest your developers look at iPlayer/Channel4 app to see how it's done. Catch up on Eng v Arg - 3 min of ads, wind forward to match 5 min of ads, 1 min into game cut t0 3 min of ad (all the same set of ads btw) 2 min into match (just before Tom Curry incident) app crashes to home screen (Fire stick home screen). Load up again same useless experience. The RWC is ruined if you lot have the exclusive. I watched Eng V Ukraine (Channel 4) no problems. So the number of watchers unlikely to be the issue. Watch 'live' yes after 3 mins of ads. hardly live.

ITV live just stutters, it's fine on a PC but not a TV regardless of going via smart TV or Amazon Firestick. I have tried everything from clearing caches to rebooting router to uninstalling apps. It really is an incredibly bad service.

ITVX - where I live in Wales we received this so called 'service', long after the rest of GB. I have watched 2 episodes of a serial on it, but now I want to watch more episodes and ITVX will not even load on my TV at all. This is my true reality.
And they keep advertising ITVX Premium - why would anyone PAY for such a rubbish thing (NOT a service at all).

Trying to watch any program takes so long because of all the adverts they keep showing. So frustrating and annoying. Very disappointed

Watching England V Argentina on catch up and it just froze 10 minutes into the second half. Yet again what a crock of pony.

Why does your app not work as seamlessly as iPlayer?

Also when i attempt to submit o 09/09/23 you want a different date.

No wonder ITV is nowhere near any other ssrice provider- it is sooooo poor

The worst tv catch up channel ever! I’m not the only one who thinks so either. They have great content but almost impossible to watch anything. Must’ve gone to cheapest most useless app developer they could find. Never remembers where you are, freezes and throws you back to the beginning.
THE ADS STILL WORK FINE THOUGH - funny that 🤔
Will avoid all ITV shows from now on. So frustrating!
