Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with your hot tub, especially so soon after your purchase. Looking at our records, I am pleased to see that the speaker issue was proactively resolved in under 4 days by the Service Team at Outdoor Living, who were also quick to attend to replace the faulty sensor within just 2 days of the issue being reported.
