Beautiful hot tub with fantastic, powerful jets
Amazing bit of kit looking forward to years of pleasure the extra depth on this model makes a difference when your 6.4ft
High quality product, great build quality enjoyed daily by the whole family. Unfortunately has already developed an issue with the LED lights and Smartub app still not working. Expensive purchase, but expecting greater longevity and lower running costs over alternative products on the market.
The jacuzzi is good . But if your in it for a hour the temperature goes down quick from 40 degrees to about 36 which is disappointing and was not told this. There is no customer care after sales phone care to ask if all is ok and if your happy with your purchase.
Relying on brand name. Require better post production inspection before dispatch for sale
