Very nice Jacuzzi but quite a lot more expensive compared to less speced models.

A fantastic jacuzzi which makes me smile everyday I sit in it!
Due to moving this is our 3rd Jacuzzi, and as always a superb product
Not as good as the old one, the app and Bluetooth are both disfunctional most of the time

a generally good product- the finish on the filter is a but rough and looks poor compared to the rest- a pity really
Terrible service. Hot tub damaged. Still waiting to hear how this will be rectified over 2 weeks later.
The Jacuzzi itself is pretty good, but the ordering of spares/supplies is a nightmare! I paid out the better part of £20k for the J475. A really good all round tub, but when it arrived, I had ordered it with Bromine, but the starter pack hadn't arrived. I was told one would be sent out immediately. It arrived about a week later, by which time, I, as a novice in the world of spa maintenance, had a nightmare getting the water perimeters to balance. Something that I now am sure was down to leaving it so long before being able to treat. Not the best start! To continue, I arranged to have a replacement set of filters to make filter changes easier as one set can be removed, cleaned and then allowed to dry, whilst the other set is installed. This set took approximately three months to arrive! Not the service you expect when purchasing a £20k product! It is such a shame as it would otherwise be a pretty good experience. The sales team were nice and the delivery guys did a superb job. All let dowrn by their supply issues. The other issue is one that I'm sure most other hot tub owners (no matter what the brand) will experience in the current climate and that is running costs! I new it was going to be fairly expensive, but I'm currently spending approximately £200 per month on electricity, just for the Jacuzzi alone! That's not even in the winter months as I have shut it down for the winter. In summery, a great product and by far the most comfortable one I could find on the market for me, but expensive to run and a nightmare with getting supplies. Make sure you stock up on chemicals, filters etc. and just have your eyes open when purchasing one of these. I should also note that I have sustained a severe spinal trauma and I have an auto immune condition called Ankylosing Spondylitis, both of which cause me a lot of joint pain, that is why I bought this specific model. For this purpose, it has been great, however, frustratingly, I am worse in the winter months but am unable to use the tub. Obviously not Jacuzzi's fault but I will need to get it under cover in order to get longer use out of it and in turn more pain relief.
Great hot tub but constant problems with the app & also with the lights
Looks beautiful, is beautiful!! Oyster Pools delivered beautifully too! Well pleased, thank you
loads of defects !!! Do not buy !!! after-sale service is appalling !!! very disappointed for a 16K plus hot tub !!!
Amazing, we love it
our Jacuzzi j475IP is faulty. It has had a new switch. It doesn’t hold temperature correctly. The cabinetry doesn’t fit properly allowing water ingress. The cover has been fitted correctly by Premier Spas Chesterfield. They will not accept that this “top of the range” hot tub isn’t satisfactory. I have asked repeatedly for a refund and Jacuzzi refuse. Please do not buy these overpriced hot tubs. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I have now got to get a solicitor involved!

A pleasant hot tub to use but some areas need improving. Can't set own time for when to heat it up e.g. to use economy 7 electricity. Insulation behind front cover is poorly attached with staples making it hard to access pumps etc without damaging insulation. Chemical dosing system basic compared to some competitors. Smarttub remote software useful. Cover very heavy even with cover lifter.
Exactly as I expected and meets my expectations. (Thus far)

Not cheap but I am a believer in you get what you pay for. Not just the name - but the craftsmanship and the customer service. It’s ideal for what I wanted.
Really happy with hot tub. It has a warranty issue, but Jaccuzi seem keen to come fix it. It's got 4 stars for two reasons: a) We're both 6ft and it's more design for smaller people - but still the best proportion tub we found after lots of looking b) It was covered in glue that I still haven't got it all off Overall on value for money, the build quality is great, but as with cars - the electronics seriously lags what's considered to be the norm in terms of audio and remote connectivity. The jets are really good compared to other brands and we really like the foot ones!
We love our tub !!!!!

When it's functioning it's great, but we've had 3 sets of jets go wrong inside the first year. I know the pandemic has played a factor but the support responses are slow and not satisfactory.
Great quality. Installation was amazing and support has been great.
