Thank you for reaching out. I understand your frustration with the delivery issue, and I apologise for the inconvenience.

I have tried to contact you a couple of times via phone and left voicemails, requesting a call back to resolve this matter. I would like to inform you that the parcel is currently at your local DPD pickup shop, available for collection. There were two delivery attempts made, and a calling card should have been left to notify you of the missed deliveries and to advise of the location of your local parcel pick up point.

Please feel free to collect the parcel at your earliest convenience, or let me know if you need further assistance in arranging another delivery. Our phone lines are open 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (0113 272 7442).

We appreciate your patience and are happy to help with any additional concerns you may have.
