Having spent many years in the luxury industry and being accustomed to very high standards of service, I rarely take the time to write reviews. However, my experience with Jaiio deserves recognition.
What impressed me most was not only the efficiency of the platform, but the quality of the people behind it. From the boutique team to the office staff, every interaction was professional, kind, transparent and trustworthy.
Over the past months, I entrusted Jaiio with a significant part of my personal collection, including pieces from Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Berluti, Bottega Veneta, Céline, S.T. Dupont, Prada, Marni, Armani and Balenciaga, many accompanied by their original purchase invoices.
The entire process was handled with remarkable care and accuracy. Each sale was followed by prompt and reliable payment, making the experience seamless from beginning to end.

Fake product, bad customer service
Fake product! I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The item was advertised as authentic and “never worn,” but it is clearly fake. Not only is it not genuine, the quality is shockingly bad, honestly worse than what you’d expect from fast-fashion sites like Shein.
The stitching is very poorly done, with uneven and messy seam lines throughout. Even the care tag looks like it was carelessly sewn in, which is a major red flag. The zipper feels cheap.
Contacted and it seems they accept the fact it is fake, and just asked to return.

Beware, you might not receive your order
I ordered a sweater, however, they cancelled my order and relisted the sweater, without letting me know, for no reason (payment had gone through).
They did not even tell me that my order was to be cancelled, I found out by looking at their website and seeing my sweater listed again.
I asked about it, and they told me that the sweater is no longer available (even though I could still see it listed on the website). They had just decided they have sold it at too low of a price, and relisted at a higher price....
Shameful.

To clarify the situation: the sweater you ordered was cancelled at the request of the original owner, who is still the legal owner of the item until a sale is finalized. She contacted us shortly after your purchase to update the price, and as per our policy, we are obliged to comply with a depositor’s decision regarding their item — even if it means cancelling a pending order.
We sincerely apologize for not having communicated the cancellation clearly and immediately. That was our mistake, and we’ve already addressed it with our team to avoid this happening again.

Jaiio…beware!
This relates to the end of my contract. My items that were remaining were donated eve though I had signed a contract at the time of deposit
Requesting my items be returned to me. Jaiio indicated they sent me emails regarding the end of my contest asking what I would like to happens to my items. These messages I did not received, I checked my emails and wonder if they have internal system errors or systems that I’m supposed to have access to?
And sent copies of my message history showing that these messages were never received.
The value they gave these items was €1000! Really not ok.

In your case, we made an extra effort by sending two follow-up emails — one on March 31st and another on June 19th — to give you ample time to let us know if you wished to recover your unsold items.
Unfortunately, as we did not receive any response within this extended timeframe, we applied the process outlined in our terms and conditions: the items were donated.

I bought some jeans from them through Vinted. They sent them straight away so the package arrived quite quickly. The jeans were in such good condition it was almost like they were new. The price was just right for the item. I recommend buying from them. 🤗
