Absolutely shocking company. I was asked to write a review regarding Chantelle from just mortgages and all was good at the start, really helpful. Since then it's taken a year since putting an offer on a house and still no movement. The mortgage advisor takes weeks to reply never answers her phone to us never answers emails sent by solicitors either. The problem is once this company has your money they ghost you.
Please do not use this company at all costs, AVOID, total scammers who just want your money up front and not give you the service they promise.They get you a mortgage in principle to rope you in and then find out valid information is missing.
Callum Mullins was our advisor who lied constantly saying he had sent documents to the mortgage broker when he hadn’t. This was going on for months. He was Always on holiday or sick, never replied to my messages or emails. in the end I completed my application myself.
He refused to continue to deal with our mortgage due to the fact I had caught him out to be a liar on multiple occasions.
We paid £500 and all we got was stress and lies and a I complete service as we had to speak to the bank and deal with it ourselves.
