Customer services deserve to 2.5 star as they had been so rude may be I wear scarf, I have check the seating place my kids did not like to eat in so I have order only simple Vanilla ice cream in cup for both and staff said stay at the door and then they left at the counter . For ice cream price and quantity were fine, the behavior of the staff were poor.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS ATTITUDE OF STAFF, THEY ACTUALLY BULLY YOU!!! MAKE FACES AND SMIRKS AND SAY BYE ON YOUR FACE WHEN YPU ARE TALKING. MANAGER WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE WATTCHING EVERYTHING AND DIDNT SAY A WORD AND WHEN SHE CAME FORWARD, WAS EQUALLY RUDE.which was super disappointing if you tell them that u are not satisfied with the services provided. First question i asked the staff member as soon as i strped in was that my 5 year old has food from next door is it ok for him to eat here.. She.(staff withblonde hair) said ok, plus i asked her are we ordering here or on the table she said i will bring the menu at the table only after that we sat down.
Now we sat for 10 mins and nobody came. I asked excuse mw can we order plz and guy with glasses made arrogant face and said huhh to which i thought ok i ll go to them and order, as soon as i approached to orderthat rudest man on earth said you arenot allowed to eat here other food.. I said we asked and lady told me its ok. To which he said you should know you are not allowed to eat food in mcdonalds or nandos. WELL FIRST THING IS YOU ARE NOT MCDONALDS OR NANDOS.. AND NUMBER SECOND YOUR STAFF SHOULD KNOW ALP THE POLICIES PLACED.AND ALL THE STAFF INCLUDING MANAGER ARE SUPER RUDE!!! WITH HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, and now he know that i have been told, but kept on interepting, not letting me talk. I couldnt even finish one sentence and he said 10 times thatiam not allowed and told me bye on my face. I said you are very rude and he goes ok bye then. Manager was standing right there saying nothing. When i ask i want to talkto manager now. He pointed towards her. Dreadful
My 13 year old visited the Longwell Green branch of Kaspa’s yesterday (25/6/26). After ordering and paying for her ice cream she waited 40 mins with no sign of her order. She approached a member of staff (receipt in hand) to be told they didn’t have the flavour she’d asked for. No alternative was offered and by this point she was out of time so she asked for a refund - she was told refunds “were difficult, so no”. She asked again and was ignored completely, and by the time she was picked up was too intimidated to try again.
The attitude from the staff was appalling, they basically reduced a 13 year old who just wanted to go for ice cream with a friend to tears - great job guys.
On pick up my husband went into the branch and did eventually obtain the refund, but it took about 15 mins of arguing in front of other customers to get the staff to agree.
I emailed Kaspa’s asking if they were aware their staff were failing to deliver a service and then refusing to issue refunds - guess what, no response.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with poor service and quality at this chain, but it is the final straw and as such we’ll be voting with our feet - I politely suggest you do the same.

Visited this place on 6th June 2026 family of 6 as children suggested KASPA on arrival restaurant was empty with 2 Bangladeshi staff I assume, menu wasn't handed out instead told to take it off the shelf, 2 tables had plates with half eaten food just sitting there with dirty tissue while the staff are just sitting around if no one is there or eating clean up the table but it was just sitting there attracting flies. Went to order to be told they dont have WAFFLE which desert shop had no WAFFLE's? Clearly get told we changed the menu so I cant input it in the till, clearly she lied at that point I decided I am not buying here. Told the kids lets just go somewhere else as they dont have waffle and the menu are dirty and sticky so I dont think its a good idea here so we got up and left and went to CREAMZ near to home which was way better and had every single item in the menu. I had an order for nearly £120 good thing I paid this to CREAMZ instead which was a lot better then going anywhere else or buying with this dirty restaurant who cant even wipe their menu.

Three of us ordered 1 dish came out waited about 10 minutes for the other 2 to come to the table and when they did they were stone cold...
Called a waiter over he took the dishes without saying a word went to the counter to see what was going on asked for a refund as had somewhere to be... Ansa the manager point blank refused as was apparently remaking the two waffles which we had not asked for... told her I didn't want or ask for another 2 but they were apparently making them already so couldn't refund, however when I asked to see where these 2 new waffles were she couldn't show me after about 10 minutes of arguing she then told me she had thrown them away again this wasn't discussed with myself she then proceeded to tell me my food wasn't cold in which case is calling me a liar!
Appalling behavior all around.
She showed me a picture she had on her phone of the bin with 1 waffle in with no toppings visible as she had "thrown it in upside down" i have never recieved such disgusting service at any establishment in my life!
I will Absolutely be taking this further.

Awful service from start to finish. I’ve now been here twice, and on both occasions the experience has been terrible. The staff have absolutely no customer service etiquette, and the overall attitude towards customers is shockingly poor.
On my most recent visit, I was left standing at the counter for around 5 minutes by a short male member of staff with fair skin and dark hair, who completely ignored my presence despite clearly seeing me waiting there. When he finally decided to acknowledge me, instead of apologising or greeting me professionally, his response was simply: “yeah”. No manners, no professionalism, no basic courtesy whatsoever.
The entire interaction felt rude, dismissive and incredibly uncomfortable. As a paying customer, you expect at the very least to be acknowledged respectfully and treated with some level of professionalism, but clearly that is too much to ask here.
What makes this even worse is that this wasn’t a one-off incident. I gave this place a second chance after my first bad experience, hoping the poor service was just an isolated issue, but unfortunately it seems this is the standard here. Both visits were characterised by slow service, ill-mannered staff and an atmosphere that made customers feel like an inconvenience rather than valued patrons.
Whoever is responsible for employing and training staff seriously needs to reassess their recruitment standards and customer service training programme, because the current level of service is completely unacceptable. There is a clear lack of professionalism, communication skills and basic respect towards customers.

Louie at the cmk is the best waiter he served everything by himself, he is a credit to the MK kaspas team. The desserts were all hot and delicious. He remembered everyones orders great service! The menu has a huge selection.

Great service and yummiest desserts
Visited watford Kaspas with friends and children and our waiter(Shabbo)really stood out. She greeted us with a smile, explained all the desserts without rushing us, and checked in just enough to make sure we had everything. Quick, attentive, and genuinely kind. Service like this is rare. Will definitely be back.

This has honestly been the worst experience with a food place me and my partner have ever had. After having both consumed Kaspa’s we had to go to A&E with extreme food poisoning. I would not recommend if you don’t want to throw up non stop or **** yourself.
