I placed my order on 3 June and
My order was lost during delivery. The issue was eventually resolved, and I received a full refund.
The main reason I am not giving 5 stars is the communication throughout the process. It took around 8 days before I received a meaningful response. During that time, I would have appreciated at least a short update letting me know that the case was being investigated. It would also have been helpful to explain earlier that, if the courier was unable to provide a final response, a refund would be possible.
Not receiving any information for several days was frustrating and left me uncertain about the status of my order.
On the positive side, once the case was reviewed, the refund was processed without any further delays. I appreciate that the matter was ultimately resolved.

Ive left the adress earlier because i was only working there and things changed and the people living on the adress said to the courier that they dont take the package so it went back to you, but i havent heard of you after about the refund and dont know what happened

Great delivery
Had to return the shoes because the size was too small and the delivery was great again, even during the busy holiday time.
I reordered the same shoes but size bigger. Me while I tried to find the same shoes elsewhere online but that delivery proved to be much longer and complicated. So far I am pleasantly surprised for the service! Hope it always stay as good!

I made a purchase through them at the…
I made a purchase through them at the end of November. It didn't arrive. I chased on their email and whatsapp customer service. I got no response on WhatsApp and it took o days for them to respond via email. I just asked for a refund as it had been weeks at this point. I was told it would arrive Friday. I wait inside all day Friday. It doesn't come. They then try to delivery it on Saturday and as I wasn't in I now have to go collect it elsewhere. They will not issue a refund. I have to go travel to collect it. They have offered absolutely no gesture of goodwill. So I do not recommend shopping here.
