I put the google review and the owner replied we could not find anything under your name. One word incompetence, you are incompetent or have incompetent staff just looking for bonus on sales.
1. Miscommunications not one time 5 times.
2. Took wrong measurement not one time 4 times. How can you be wrong 4 times.
3. Then they called me that wrong floor was delivered. So had to wait again till they arrange something.
4. Floor costed 3k more than they have offered because of wrong measurement. I think its a trick to offer cheap and then increase costs.
5. Floor installation is really good at 2nd floor, average on first floor . And worst on ground floor. Because of all the mismanagement they didn't let it acclimatise. Ground floor clicks are breaking apart allready . Uneven floor some places they didn’t put under flooring.🙂↕️ There are big gaps between joints. Clicks broken.
6. Sent many email no response. Communication is till you pay and then no communication. You are on your own.
7. Plinten installed worst, newbie’s can do better. One installer was really good he did everything perfect.
Because of so much hassle i had to change appointment with movers 3 times.
I have placed an order end of June'24 for an online available labeled item. After a couple of days, LaminaatenParket.nl informed me that the ordered product is no longer available and asked for my bank accounts to provide me the refund, which I did.
However since 5 weeks my money has not been refunded even though the customer service always provides me with feedback that my money will be refunded and is on the way. GUYS stay away from this "wanna-be" professional shop. First they offer stuff, which is clearly available and then turns out to be not and second their customer "support", if support is the right word, is not existing. Very poor performance and unfortunately no stars isn't a option on trustpilot!
Poor communication about the delivery and installation. Over-estimated the amount of flooring and plinth needed, but refused to take the extra flooring because the boxes were opened (opened new boxes before finishing old boxes). Took weeks to finish up and I'm still waiting for them to collect the trash created from the installation.
Shocking bad service. Really bad quality fitting and customer service. Order in June 2021

Perfect place for laminaat.
I had no experience of laminaat before. They even corrected my purchase with underlay and skirting.
Yes, they do not sell laminaat of price higher than others along with they are cheaper with excellent quality.
Staff is very experienced and honest, no funny /cheap business deal.
I was thankful to staff who corrected my purchase which I think should be credited. His name is Kai, I wish him all the best.

Customer service disaster, truly regret our decision to work with laminaatenParket.no
Our laminaaten has been installed with poor quality and all the fishbone parakeet started to come off after the installment. To get it fixed, with no exaggeration we had to call the company and their outsourced service guys at least 10 times and then it was a whole blame game. The Laminaatenwnparket.no blamed the service guys for poor work and the service guys blamed the company for not providing the proper glue and not getting paid, which we definitely should nothing to have with.
Plus, overall quality is also poor. The floor is constantly creaking :(
Unfortunately, our nightmare is yet not over. The guys installed the parakeet and left without installing the plinths. Again, with no exaggeration we had to call their outsource service guys maybe 10 times in total. Delays, excuses, no call backs. It’s been 4 weeks, we still don’t have the plinths yet. Still we are the ones to chase all these installment guys.
While we paid it all in advance, we still couldn’t get what we have paid for. Our next step is legal action, for your mental health stay away.

Their wooden floors are contaminated with woodworms (Houtworm), and they refuse to take responsibility.
Soon after buying the floor, we went to the shop because we saw woodworm exit holes in the top layer. We also took a report from a pest control specialist and a piece of the floor, but they tried to embarrass us by saying that it was not reliable. They accused us that we got the woodworms to the house ourselves - according to the "wood specialist", it came thru my shoes or the window (which is not even possible). He also suggested that we have to go to court because it was "impossible" to be their fault.
After two months of trying to deal with a shop that only attempted to deny the problem and blame the customer, they finally assumed that yes, there are woodworms (houtworm) in their wood that came from their warehouse. We had already called and paid two different pest control companies at this point. Regardless to say, the entire process was bizarre, and I don't wish this headache to anyone.
The shop later sent a very aggressive email (with even more accusations), giving us the option to get new planks. Still, I would have to remove the contaminated floor and install the new one myself - which I would never have to do if the shop had sold us a quality wooden floor in the first place. The whole situation escalated, and now, unfortunately, we have to follow the company's first recommendation and go to court.
Seriously, Is this really what I paid for when I bought the floor, that I would have to install it twice, that I would have to call and pay pest control services and go thru all this stress because you refuse to take responsibility for YOUR damage?
If someone is planning to buy here, don't. Just go anywhere else and get a floor that doesn't have wood-eating larvae (houtworm), in a shop that probably cares about the customer, because they don't.
