The staff is dependable and applies immaculate work. Once the areas to be serviced are discussed they acertain all needs are met. I cannot afford bi weekly service until I receive my taxes. Therefore, after this service I need to place a delay in lawn service until October 1st.

Horrible customer service with contractors. No communication between company and a contractor. We get rescheduled grass got out of control. So I had to find someone else to cut my grass because they were incompetent. Also, the contractors would either be late or no-shows and you never got the same Contractor often.

If I could give this place a 0 - 100 zeros I would I've had nothing but issues since I signed up from the first person never showing up to the second person breaking and entering to get to my backyard instead of knocking on my door he broke my fence instead and didn't say anything about it either I've been trying to resolve it and no one in their customer service team has tried to even remotely explain or get back at me sure they sent me to a payment portal where they were going to pay me for the fence repair to a portal I do not understand it all is for businesses that need payment gateways I don't even know and I try to get someone to explain it to me or even tell me if I did it right zero and not only did they break my gate but for the first week of sign up they sent five different people to cut the same lawn that this guy cut. And not only that but they sure don't forget to remind me that I owe them $19 which they're not getting until they pay me for my gate don't use them at all they're unprofessional inconsistent and all over the place their customer service sucks too stay away get somebody better do it yourself actually

Caleb gave us advance notice of his arrival time, responded positively to my request to cut shorter, and cleaned up grass clippings. Excellent experience.

LawnStarter is a like clearing house or dispatcher. The first lawn care company that took the job cancelled several times then was rude to my husband and overcharged. That was handled by LawnStarter by reversing the overcharge and sending someone else, which you can request at any time and do yourself in your settings, if you like. The next company authorized by LawnStarter sent someone who has been polite and efficient every time, and I have set up automatic tipping for him.

My Lawn Pro Kemon did an incredible job on my lawn, my husband and I were throughly satisfied with his work. From this point I only wanna be serviced by Kemon he is very professional and his work stands out.

If I could give the lawn service that my residence was hired out to a negative 100 I would definitely do that!! It was a signed a pro that made not one but two appointments and never showed!! Due to their negligence I received a hefty fine for the grass being too long while waiting for them to do the job they were hired to do
. called Customer Service several times.. while they were nice enough they were absolutely no help whatsoever..do not waste your time the way I did waiting around for someone who never showed up.. the name of the company that was assigned to me is Paradise Eden out of Melrose Park Il... never showed.. rebooked.. never answered messages .. just blew me off completely..be careful they have several names for the same company.. guess I should have done way more research

Timely service and concerns

Our lawn care man does an excellent job. The grass is cut at a good length. The lawn is edged neatly. The grass clippings are blown off the driveway. He let's us know if there is a chance in schedule.

We have been pleased with our lawn moving services and would highly recommend using LawnStarters.

Couldn’t leave a review without picking 1 star for service, but this company deserves a ZERO! Inquired ONLY on pricing for mowing service- NO SIGNED CONTRACT . Looked outside today and someone was on my property cutting my bushes! The guy, whose name was Eric, was in a personal vehicle, no business cards and when he was confronted he took off!!! Many attempts calling to get someone IN CHARGE on the phone and all you get is someone in the PHILIPINES. A police report has been filed.
