Great service, fast delivery’s and very competitive prices.

I ordered a large quantity of fence panels and asked for a early delivery, the driver called to let me know of when to expect him and then gave me a hand to put the panels to the side of house..excellent service.

Been using this timber yard for 30years and always get excellant service.

Followed the advice to go in to the store, we ordered the required materials for our fencing project, paid in full.
we were asked when would we like delivery, offered Thursday 23 February, asked am or pm, told probably am, we waited all day no delivery, called and asked why, was told that they cannot contact driver as they dont have his mobile phone, yet called again and was told the address was wrong, they had put it down as RG6 3du not BU as given, called yet again to reschedule deliver for the following Saturday, only to find out the driver had still been given the wrong address, eventually walked out to find it had been delivered, but still a piece missing.
having been in business myself for over 53 years, if something went wrong, we endeavored to rectifie immediately, but to be fed lies and gross mismanagement is totally unacceptable, so certainly would not recommend to any of my clients on our database.

We ordered a shed but it seems it’s not worth ordering online as the delivery dates aren’t met, which meant we let our customer down, they new date from the branch was also not met as it have come and gone, we will looking to raising a complaint and wouldn’t recommend online ordering, go into the branch.

I visited the ascot branch just before Christmas to source materials for my house renovation. I spoke to Wayne who showed me round and explained all the different options. He was very professional and definitely knew about the products. Very pleased with the service provided, I will be back in the new year when I start my project.

After ordering on the internet, and paying, I realised I had made a mistake. One phone call and the helpful staff sorted out my problem right away.
Product of good quality and arrived on time.

Very helpful well trained staff both in the shop and the yard at the Ascot branch.

1 corner post and 2 fence posts damaged out of 5. When I asked for an exchange it took 3 days, they didn’t even take the damaged ones away.

I sourced them elsewhere in the end and an still trying to get my money back.

Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere!
