Did send what I paid for sent something totally different and there was splits inn the timber that was sent and no mention of why they sent an alternative.

I always come out of there with a good feeling. I've actually started to compare all customer service I receive to Lawsons as they've pretty much become the benchmark.

Efficient, friendly and reliable
Used multiple times and always spot on. Very friendly delivery drivers and customer support are great and go further to help than you’d expect for a company that’s around 20% cheaper than the big two DIY companies.

Chris at Camden branch - A man with extensive experience
I phoned Camden branch - spoke to Chris L and what a gentleman - indeed a huge credit to ‘Lawsons’ - because he was very polite, considerate, but above all, he (Chris) had an extensive knowledge in building materials and the various substitutes - which then furnished me with information on how I could manage my expenditures.
In short, my experience exceeded my expectation.
