I have generally received a good experience from Lawsons over the years but this time, the timber was split, dented and warped making it very difficult to work with. A little bit of QA would have highlighted that it was a no brainer not to load the lorry and deliver to a customer site. Not the service I expect from a reputable company.

Firstly i apologise that the quality of product was not up to the expected standard, generally our vehicles are checked twice to avoid issues like this but it seems your order has slipped through that process.

Bungalow conversion
Me and my wife took on a massive renovation project on our home turning a chalet bungalow into a 4 bed house with 3 en-suites . This was everything we had and we’re project managing it ourselves. We phoned a few building merchants and decided to go with Lawsons ( Bedford) with the help of a guy called Andrew Arnold , who helped us with 13 steels from drawing to reality, help with the crane etc . Seriously Andrew helped us With Everything, we really do owe a lot of the build to his knowledge about materials and how everything was delivered super quickly to site when he said it would be .
Andrew is a true credit to your company and massive asset. Once again from me and my wife thanks
