Good quality fence panel

From their website I saw they had 1.80m…
From their website I saw they had 1.80m (metric) size fence panels so ordered 2 for delivery online and order acknowledgement confirmed this. However, when they arrived they invoice had the 2 panels deleted and 1.83m (6ft panels) added instead. As per the website instructions I emailed them to notify of wrong delivery - never got a reply. Phoned online-order telephone number and was told I had to ring the branch they were sent from. They told me that only 2 out of all their branches stock the 1.80m size so they substituted - this is not stated on the website and it doesn't even say they have the 1.83m size panels! The original email said 'will advise of any changes' - they didn't. My existing fixed posts cannot take larger width panels so could not use. They couldn't give me a date for collection so I had to return them myself for credit at my expense. Delivery charge was not refunded so out of pocket. Told by branch not to use website to order but to phone up to order - what is the point of allowing online ordering! Extremely unsatisfactory - would never use them again.
