Excellent service. Ordered a fence panel late afternoon on Thursday and delivered before 8am Friday. Delivery driver was most polite and helpful, left the panel close to where it was required.

damage caused by Lawson delivery
Almost a month has gone by and I'm still waiting for Lawsons to at least communicate in order to know where we stand. Our garage drive was ruined thanks to Lawson delivery of slabs being dumped so hard that it broke the path. An act of pure vandalism. Wonder what would happen if I did this to Lawsons property?

As we have communicated to you by phone and email, this was not caused by a Lawsons delivery, Lawsons staff or a Lawsons lorry. The alleged damage was caused by a delivery of paving direct from the supplier, not from Lawsons. We have contacted the supplier as well as putting you in contact with them. The supplier has let us know they have tried to contact you without success. I am sorry that your driveway has been damaged but this is not our responsibility. We have tried to help you resolve the matter and are happy to continue to help, but we cannot accept liability for something we did not do.
