Excellent Service Marisa Alvaro
I have been working in Property Management for over 14 years and, throughout that time, I’ve dealt with many suppliers who provide excellent service. However, I can confidently say that the service from Lazer is truly at the top.
A special mention must go to Marisa Álvaro, who is an absolute standout. She is highly competent, friendly, informative, and incredibly knowledgeable. Marisa is always willing to go the extra mile, and her dedication and professionalism are truly impeccable. No matter the situation, she is consistently available, helpful, and solution-focused.

I signed up through the website and my contact person João called me very quickly to make an appointment, he came to my house he explained the different options, he immediately drew up the paperwork and made sure the technical department made an appointment for the installation. He followed up by whatsapp and answered all my questions very quickly. His colleagues from the installation department were just as quick within one week they were ready for the installation and set up, within 1 hour the entire installation of Internet and tv was arranged. We arrived in the Algarve on the Saturday, contacted Lazer on Monday and they had everything set up by Thursday afternoon. Excellent service and friendly, professional and efficient staff. Would definitely recommend!

From the first telephone conversation with Marizo Alvaro, everything was sorted and arranged very efficiently.
Making an appointment for the two installers was also very easy. It’s now installed and works perfectly.

Fiber in our area announced for years, but no move at all
After 1 year suspension of my contract because of renovation works at home, I asked to reconduct a new contract, which I did, still hoping fiber would arrive (your competitiors today provide it in our area), but no indivcation it will happen soon (nextcoming months)

Lazer experience
I moved to Lazer to get away from an IPTV company who only wanted to sell 'upgraded' boxes and had no real customer service.
When I had a communication with their CEO it was extremely disappointing.
Communication with Lazer has been very good, I even had an engineer come out on a Sunday.
Unfortunately the Sports contents is not as good on Lazer, which is disappointing

I have been a customer of Lazer since arriving in Portugal in late 2023. On the occasion of a house move I had no hesitation in taking out a new contract for my new place. My principal point of contact since originally starting with Lazer has been Marisa Alvaro and my experience with her has been outstanding. The whole process of switching was seamless and completely free of any hassle. I should also add that the technical support they provide is also outstanding so I have no hesitation in recommending the Lazer team unreservedly.
