I ordered shirts and payed them in…

I ordered shirts and payed them in advance.
Next step was their bankruptcy so they did not refund or deliver the ordered & funded product.
Next step was their spamming by text messages and mails after their ressurection.
No way that I would ever again order anything at this shop.

We are sorry to hear that you have encountered problems with Atelier NA. Les Nouveaux Ateliers is a totally different entity.

The order you mention is the responsibility of the previous owners, Atelier NA. It went into liquidation in the summer of 2020. Les Nouveaux Ateliers SAS is a company that took over five of the brand's points of sale in the Paris region in the fall of 2020. therefore no longer acts from the old team nor from the same company.
We also offer made-to-measure suits and shirts, but we have a new product offer, now made only in Europe following strict quality control.

A technical issue has led to you being included in a mailing list that it seems you shouldn't have been on. We have just removed you from our database and guarantee that you will not receive any promotional messages from us in the future.
