I bought aio from this store and it was damaged but they won't give me a refund.
Their staff's attitude is also very bad.
I don't know about other stores, but definitely avoid the Barcelona store

I ordered a graphics card from the online store. But from my mistake, I thought they sent packages outside of Spain but they didnt, so I canceled my order as asked for a refund. On Saturday, they told me it would take just a few hours for me to receive my money on my credit card, on Monday they told me it would take between 24 and 48 hours, on Wednesday they told me I would receive on the money on that day, I sent a new email asking where my money was and they told me I would receive my money today by mid day.. its now past mid day and I still dont have the money on my bank account.
Do not order from this store, because if you happen to ask for a refund, you will not get your money back and they will lie to you everyday saying you will receive the money on the current day and they keep doing this as much as they want.

Terrible customer service. No accountability whatsoever.
Pieces and computers can get easily damage there. Apparently this is not an uncommon occurrence as similar experiences happened to other customers but it make it very clear their response it is always the same.
It is a pity as this used to be a good place, no complaints until now.
No wonder reviews are a mixture between 1 and 5*. Possibly all good until something goes wrong. Which tells me saving a bit of money doesn't pay the risk. I guess this is something you need to learn through experience.
Luckily, no need to go there anymore. Plenty of better options elsewhere on the same street and also online (ie PC componentes, Amazon).
