Really pleased with this unit. I love how it is a molded unit. We had a wood one up north which was OK, but this has a much cleaner look. The lounge seating is very comfortable. So far, we've only had 2 people in it. Might be tight with 4 adults but doable. Love the plug and play. very simple. The only feature I wish it had was an automatic turn off after 20-30 mins. Its too easy to get very comfortable and lose track of time.

The jets do have an automatic off, but it is after one hour...I definitely see how a 15 minute window helps you be aware of your time!

We are so happy with our purchase. The delivery and set up was flawless. It took a couple of days to reach them 104 temp, but it's maintained it beautifully. We were sure we'd need to convert to a 220 outlet, but didn't. We're in almost daily, sometimes twice a day.

The tub looks great. However the delivery by Ceva logistics was a horror show. Driver called at 8 am on his way from 15 miles away. 5:30 pm showed up high on drugs could barely walk let alone form a sentence .Made us drive 4 houses away with our trailer to unload. Tub balanced on tailgate and about lost it killing both of us. I wanted to call state police and DOT to get this guy out of his enterprise rental truck with CEVA signs taped to door. Probably can’t recommend just because of dangerous delivery. Drove truck for 45 years so this was totally unsafe . Use a reputable shipping company. CEVA isn’t it. Hurt my back helping the drugged jerk.

I do apologize for your delivery experience, and I appreciate your feedback. It sounds like your location required a final mile carrier, so a local carrier had to pick up the spa from CEVA to make the final delivery. They are still an agent of CEVA, but they are not a part of the CEVA team.

So nice and super efficient. Heated up in less than a day and the seating arrangement is perfect for comfortable seating. I’m 6’ and the lounger is played out perfect my old one was for someone much shorter. Only minus and I’m fishing is the texture wish it were smoother. Al least on the verticals

You can take a light sandpaper to any areas if they are rougher than desired. If the sanding creates any discoloration (white scuffs), a heat gun will return the factory color! Always test in a smaller, inconspicuous area...
The hot tub itself is nice. The ONLY complaint I have is the molded cup holders. They are nothing more than an indention (approx. 1/8" deep) and are not conducive for holding drinks. Make the cup holders at least 2-3 inches deep and then you're onto something. No worries though...I built tables for drinks and so forth so we're good. As for the delivery...TERRIBLE communication! You asked for delivery instructions so I provided them with my phone number. My instructions were..."please call at least 30 minutes prior to delivery time". I didn't receive a call. The delivery truck just showed up. Luckily I was the last delivery for them that day and just happened to be home from work. If I would have came home and my hot tub was sitting in my driveway, I would have been Pi......ed!! I live in a rural area so it would have been exposed to anyone who might want to help themselves to a free hot tub. Other than that...I'm pretty happy with the hot tub to this point.

The design on the cupholders seems to be multifaceted, mostly keeping water from filling them up. It is more of notch to hold the cup...I would agree. I am so sorry for the freight company not doing better to communicate. LTL freight is whole world of its own!
