Love it! I’m in it multiple times a week. My only complaint is the button pad to adjust temp, jets, lights etc is too small that the buttons cant be pressed for temp up or down without pressing both at the same time. The button pad also has very limited ability to adjust settings such as a timer for the jets and other features it should have for the cost of this hot tub spa.

I have to say this tub has exceeded my expectations. While I realize this is a "no frills" tub, it is well built, solid and was very easy to install. This is my 4th hot tub (stand alone) and it has been the easiest to install. The electrician did the heavy lifting prior to the tubs arrival but based on the diagrams and dimensions provided, he was able to have everything ready to go so when the tub arrived, I only had to connect the 4 wires to the electrical panel which was very easy to do with the provided Owner's manual. The panel door was easy enough to remove as all the slats are connected (unlike some tubs I've owned) and the electrical panel is easy to access and everything is very neatly packaged inside the unit and very easy to get to if ever repairs are needed. I couldn't be happier thus far! I have owned the high dollar tubs before and they were a maintenance nightmare (fancy lighting, sound systems, etc.) to maintain. Looks like jets pop in and out and lights are easy access if they ever need to be replaced! Also looks like replacement parts are readily available on your site so that's a major plus as well (finding parts for some of my previous tubs was a pain...and often times they did not fit correctly)....Looks like this tub was designed for ease of care and maintenance...
