And, there should be a pre-delivery guide and owner's manual inside the spa. If for some reason it is not, we have them available as PDF on our website and our team can email any of the documents, as well!
Only owned for a month and so far so good. Great jets, nice cover, easy controls, not too loud, nice lights and very easy to hook up the electric if you know anything about wiring. We are under 6' tall and the water level is perfect for us. The only real complaint is the surface is kind of rough making it harder to clean.

And, if you get a uniquely rough area, you can lightly sand to smooth it out...a heat gun with return the color and luster if the sanding leaves any white scratches/residue!
Great tub for the price!
What an awesome hot tub! We love it, especially now that the weather has turned cooler. Everything works as advertised.

Family is really enjoying our first spa. Product arrived just as described and ordered. Delivery communication was excellent. Our spa arrived earlier than initially predicted and luckily we were able to be ready. Instructions for setup that came with and were sent with pre-delivery materials were helpful. Working great so far. Using it multiple times each week. Very Happy with the order process, the delivery and with this Lifesmart Spa.

Very pleased with the overall appearance of both the tub and the exterior. The vertical wall at the head on the lounge could be sloped like the other two positions on the right to improve comfort. Built in pillows would also add to the comfort. There doesn’t appear to be any adjustment by the main diverter valve on the position to the direct right of the lounge. A hissing sound is also heard on this same position when the air is shut off. This is not an issue on the other two air valves. The use of full foam under the tub does improve in noise reduction and energy use compared to my last unit. We would recommend this tub purchase to friends if the above issues were addressed.

I have never got to use the spa. The first one I ordered June 20, 2023 leaked, didn’t receive the replacement until November 22, 2023 and this on leaked worse than the first. Still waiting for a resolution.
