I purchased the Lifesmart LS500 plus as an early anniversary gift for my wife. The purchase was made through the LifeSmart Outlet and it was very easy to do. The shipping was quick and with the help of my nephews we had it moved into place in no time. I filled the spa and plugged it in and the next day my wife and I were enjoying it. The controls are easy to use, the jets are powerful and we are liking it. We had it set up in time for the meteor showers and it made for a nice night to relax in the spa and watch the stars. It was a good purchase, I recommend this spa.

Spa shut off after setup and running for only a few hours. Panel is dead. Waiting on repair. It's been 10 days since I got it and never got to use the spa yet.

From our conversation, it seems like the manufacturer sent a new part as soon as they were notified and are working on getting a tech to get it fixed.
Please keep us posted if you have any issues moving forward, and we are sorry for the inconvenience...we know it is exciting to get the new spa and disappointing when you are delayed from enjoying it!

I haven’t had this very long so this isn’t really a review on longevity of the tub. That varies based on the use, and level of care. I would say that the value for money is great. I’ve never been in a hot tub so owning one is a big deal for me. All I can say is relaxing with the jets running on a weekday afternoon is the best way to recharge for the next day.
