2 weeks have past and im still waiting for my refund

The Hoodie I got looked if it was sent back to the company several times.

Already waiting for 1 month to receive my order. The customer service department is not very responsive and only responds when you ask a question. No solution yet. Would expect some more pro-activity for these prices and quality.

Through the LFDY app, I bought a translucent puffer jacket and a beanie, and I’m very satisfied with both.
The jacket is stylish, outstanding, and high-quality with excellent stitching. I will definitely buy another one in a different color variant they offer.
The beanie stands out thanks to its lettering – everyone keeps asking me where I bought it.
Shipping was exactly as promised: 3–5 days. The app also features attractive offers (e.g., free shipping, etc.).

Absolutely the worst shopping experience ever. I waited over three weeks just to receive my order, and when it finally arrived, one item had a serious sewing defect. Customer service was completely useless, no replacement, no discount, no solution whatsoever. I had to chase them multiple times just to get a basic response.

While I was still waiting for their reply about the faulty item, I received a late payment reminder from Klarna, even though the delay was entirely their fault. After complaining again and again, they claimed they would at least cover the shipping costs, but unsurprisingly, that never happened either.

The customer service is shockingly bad and borderline incompetent. I will never order from this brand again and strongly advise others to avoid it. It’s especially frustrating because I actually liked the brand and the clothes but their disastrous service completely ruined everything.

Order not yet delivered, been way too long, no updates given.

I placed an order and, after some time, I was informed by customer service that my item would be delayed. However, instead of waiting for the item, I was later refunded the full product cost without ever requesting a cancellation or a refund.
The most frustrating part is that the item was still showing as available in my size on the official shop at the time of the unsolicited refund. If the item was delayed, why issue a non-requested refund instead of fulfilling the order when stock was available?
To make matters worse, despite the fact that the product was never shipped (as the order was canceled by them), LFDY refused to refund the shipping costs. This is unacceptable, as they did not incur any shipping expense.
This shows a complete lack of regard for the customer and an unfair business practice. If you cancel an order that was never shipped, the full amount, including shipping, must be refunded. I did not receive the product and I was penalized by losing the shipping fee.
I would strongly advise future buyers to be aware of this risk and the company's poor resolution practices.

I have ordered a sweater and I have paid for it but I did not receive anything. No email, no order. I have just send a mail to your custumer service to ask for help.

I ordered a jacket on November 27th that I needed right away. The website advertises a delivery time of 3–4 business days, but I haven’t even received an update email about when it will arrive. I find this very disappointing and would not recommend this to anyone. This is not fair.

good clothes, good quality, nice to have sales from time to time, consistent new drops, but delivery has issues sometimes. Ones my package got sent back and I had to refund and reorder, or it takes longer than expected to come. Also S size is unreasonably large, I’d like slightly smaller pieces, although some pieces while being always S are smaller than others and hence fit me good - i wouldnt mind if XS got added or more clothes that are cut like Hoodie zips where S fits me good and isnt too large
overall lfdy is my favourite online clothing brand and i like to open the app and see if theres new stuff from time to time

So I ordered a shirt to wear at ADE this year and it took just a little to long. I did receive the notification that you guys were renovating or moving warehouse or something so no harm done.

They said 6 - 10 days delivery time. It arrived in less then 40 hours. Perfect.

Order didnt come, took 3 weeks and still no update, had to get a refund, utter jokes
