Unable to access facility and retrieve bags
We were 5 mins late to collect our bags and the entrance code did not work. We had to purchase a locker to gain access to the facility. The QR code also didn’t it work and reflected that the locker was in use. We had to call the call center and ask for assistance and almost missed our train. We will never use this facility again. Very stressful!

If you had contacted our customer service as soon as you arrived, we would have been happy to grant you access immediately, especially since it was just a 5-minute delay.
