We had a great experience with Lock & Enjoy. It was more convenient and user-friendly than some of the other luggage storage options we looked at. We rented a medium-sized locker, which easily fit our two large backpacks.
The location was also very convenient and easy to access. Everything worked smoothly, and we were completely satisfied with the service.
We would definitely use Lock & Enjoy again on our next visit.

The stated dimensions of the locker…
The stated dimensions of the locker were unfortunately incorrect, so a change of booking was necessary. This significantly increased the price. Cancellation was not possible. When I tried to call customer service, after getting through the waiting queue, the call was simply disconnected before I could even say a word.

Locker dimensions are clearly indicated both in centimeters and inches before booking, so they can be matched with the size of the luggage. In cases where a larger locker is needed, the price is naturally higher due to the increased capacity.
