Excellent service, but only for on-time Spanish speakers
Service overall was excellent. Getting to the room, dropping off and picking up worked perfect, but only the first time. My problems:
1) All emails are in Spanish, this survey is in Spanish, there is no option to see the email in the web (for Google translate) and I CAN'T read Spanish. (Probably like most tourists.)
2) When you are not on time, you run into sever problems. No option to get into the room, no option in the room to prolong the service. (Happened to me, when I used your service the second time)
3) One email provides a link to prolong the service, but it's in Spanish and the link doesn't work. (At least when you are already too late.) Took me half an hour to get my stuff and nearly missed the plane - NOT FUNNY. In the end your phone support fixed it, that was good again.
All in all, very mixed emotions. Excellent service, but if something goes wrong you are lost

Just to clarify: all our emails (including confirmation, reminders, and extensions) are automatically sent in English, French, or Spanish, depending on the language selected during the booking process. So it seems your reservation may have been made in Spanish, which is why the communication followed in that language.
Regarding your second point, we know that missing the reservation time can be an inconvenience. However, our 24/7 support team is always available specifically to help in such situations — as they did in your case — and we’re glad they could resolve it for you in time.
