Today‘s answer from Lock & enjoy below is simply not true and they know it, this is why I change my rating to the lowest possible. Our booking was valid as follows:
Start date: 09/11/2025 12:35
End date: 09/11/2025 14:36
We took a picture to prove that at 14:30.
I ask myself why someone at this company is inventing stories instead of just apologizing.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad our team was able to assist you by phone and open both the door and your locker remotely.
Just to clarify what happened on that day: the reason the door didn’t open is that the booking had already expired by the time you arrived. When a reservation ends, the system automatically disables access for security reasons. However, from your confirmation email you can extend your booking at any moment — and one hour before the end we also send a reminder with a direct link to add extra time if needed.
In any case, we’re happy we could help you recover your luggage quickly. We hope the rest of your stay went smoothly, and we’d be delighted to see you again in one of our locations.
