Bought a waterfall Christmas tree in the sale in January 2025 got it out in November 2025 and a number of lights don’t work.
Email customer services they ignored my first email, I had to send a second email to chase up! I was told as I didn’t inspect the Christmas tree in January then nothing could be done and they couldn’t offer a replacement or a refund.
Sent a further email and nothing has been actioned. DO NOT buy from this company.!!
Visited the Christmas Shop in Grassington. What a wonderful place, full of different and unusual decorations. Staff were very helpful, will definitely call again.

I found a Christmas post box on their website that I’d been searching high and low for. Another company wanted to charge me £50 for delivery but Love Christmas used their standard delivery pricing. I was a little apprehensive after reading trust pilot reviews but I was so desperate for the post box I went against my usual instincts to avoid badly rated companies and purchased it. Just after buying I did get a little twitchy when I received an order confirmation with no confirmation of when it would be dispatched and I started to get that sinking feeling a few days later when I still hadn’t had confirmation and I couldn’t find a phone number on the website to call (which personally I think is a huge mistake and would suggest rectifying). However I did receive the post box in perfect condition and in a timely manner so have given a 4 rating. It would have been 5 if I’d received confirmation after purchasing of when dispatch/ delivery would be made and for having a phone number to call. Given the poor reviews that almost put me off, I thought I’d share my more positive experience.
I placed my order 12th December and it arrived today 14th which is excellent service so close to Christmas. Communication was excellent, the item was excellent quality and well packaged. It was just over half the price of what it was on Amazon!!! Can't understand the negative reviews, I would shop with Love Christmas anytime.
Recieved lights that partly didnt work.. made a call that person asked me to send an email which was responded to in hours.... asking for a photo. Sent the photo and was told the same day a new set in the post.I didnt have to return duff lights. The new lights arrived two days later.Very promp service thankyou
Disgraceful service. Faulty item received. Do not respond to emails or phone calls. I am reporting them to Trading Standards and suggest others do as well. I am also reporting them for fraud.
I purchased a beautiful nutcracker and a glass globe. Nothing wrong with the nutcracker but I paid £12.99 for the globe that arrived cracked. I was asked for photos ‘for proof’, I explained it was almost impossible to take a picture as it’s glass and it just reflects the light. I sent the best ones I could. They wanted me to return it so they can check it. Told them I’m disabled and housebound so is impossible. I asked if they would kindly send a replacement, three days later it was a no and offered a 15% refund. I can’t use the globe, don’t trust it.It could shatter any time it’s touched.The customer service stinks..I’ve given two stars for the nutcracker only.

If a product is damaged and you don’t let them know within 72 hours they charge you to return. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s unfair policies like these that put me off shopping at smaller companies. The item itself was of very poor quality for the price.
I have ordered several sets of lights from here over the past few years. Delivery is always prompt even on the busy run up to Christmas. About 10 days from Christmas, my tree lights gave up and Love Christmas were absolutely fantastic and helpful. A new transformer was sent through super quick so I didn’t have to undress my tree - Christmas saved 😂 I’ve only had positive experiences from these guys and customer services have always gone above and beyond to help.
Oh and the lights I’ve purchased are just the perfect colour and twinkle for me. Very happy customer 😊
I bought 3 Lemax Christmas village shops and all arrived well packed and on time.
No complaints here, I’d buy from Love Christmas again, quite happily.
ORDERED A MUSICAL NUTCRACKER 99.00. emailed them 3 times to ask where it was still no answer then all of sudden a box arrived..but it was full of polystyrene worms..i told them she said its in a box under the worms but no box basically i got box of filling i also told her the box had a flap missing and tape not really secure. she then said well basically your lying and i have had it.the box was delivered but i was not in it was put in my porch when i came in 10 mins later i put it behind chair went to work..didnt open it till i came home. so this company is calling me a liar and saying i STOLE this nutcracker END OF..WHAT A DISGRACE OF A COMPANY. IF I WANTED TO STEAL IT I COULD HAVE SAID I HADNT RECIEVED IT AS IT WASNT SIGNED FOR..DISGRACEFUL COMPANY ..BUYERS BEWARE..
Ordered some Christmas lights in the sale. Order was understandably delayed slightly due to Christmas/New Year bank holidays but communications were very good. Would recommend
I purchased two collectable Lemax items from this company, whilst the postage was prompt and communication good, the items were sent to me without bring in their original packaging. Rather than being sent in their original Lemax boxes and polystyrene, they have been sent just wrapped in bubble wrap. As these were purchased as a gift to add to a collection I am disappointed they have not been sent in their original packaging. And the response I got upon contacting the company was they they are "part of a multi-pack in a shop tray display".... therefore meaning that they are NOT brand new. Despite being charged the same price as a brand new item and no mention of them coming from an in shop display on their website. Extremely disappointed and will not purchase from again.
I ordered Christmas lights online on Sunday, arrived by standard delivery the following Friday, so just a day later than expected. But great email communication and delivery tracking (DPD). The lights arrived well packaged and as described so all good.
I bought Konstsmide Musical Box Christmas,Village scene. Quality was awful and requested a refund on 8 December 2020. I emailed the customer service. I was told to send the item at my own cost and no address was given which I had to find on the website. I am still waiting for this refund. I emailed the customer service and no reply.
In addition, I was told that this was one of their best product.
Please do not buy this product and don't use LoveChristmas. if I could I would give them 0 star.
