Liars and Thieves

Liars and thieves. That is what you get if you hire Luxury Auto Transport to move your car. I hired them to move my car from Delaware to North Carolina. After they receive payment, they want nothing to do with you. Specifically, Karl Mikulec, Director of Operations and Brenden Gilbert, dispatcher. They would never call back. Never could reach a live person via phone. Every call went to voice mail with no return phone calls. Repeated lies and delays as to why they did not pick up the car. Only received e mail and text. They would never speak with you in person. Numerous times Karl would write he would call me by end of day and guess what? No calls. Not one. No updates. No follow up.
They committed to giving me a refund. Guess what? Never got a refund.
Like I said. Liars and Thieves.
Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible from Luxury Auto Transport.
I also suspect staged reviews on trust pilot and yelp as Karl Mikulec, Director of Operations for Luxury Auto Transport is the author on some reviews. Surprise, Surprise!!

Luxury Auto Transport was by far the easiest car shipping company to work with. First off, you need Enclosed car shipping, thats an actual carrier and not some b.s company broker trying to fiddle your strings and not geting your car picked up than you know to go with them. telling you that you wont regret it . 5 stars all day thank you guys for delivering my m5 i loveeeeeee itt! i will come back and post the video of you guys unloading ! thanks again!
