Beautiful and comfortable house for our party of 7 adults and 3 children. All bedrooms had unsuite and all a good and similar size. Kitchen was lovely and very well equipped. We hired a private chef one evening and it was wonderful. The indoor pool was a real added bonus. The weekend was expensive and more than we would usually pay but we feel it was worth it
Big Barn exceeded our expectations. We booked through Luxury Cottages who gave a very accurate description of the property and its setting. One important thing to mention is that we had cause to contact the on-site team about a couple of small issues. We did this via our mobile phone. On each occasion someone arrived very promptly to resolve the issue: within 30 minutes. The staff were all very polite and worked to the ethos of 'it's your holiday and it should be perfect'. Our wider family had a really good holiday and we would definitely think about going again.
The pool was much loved by the children, and the grounds were safe for them to roam and explore. The property was comfortable for all 12 of us, and it was wonderful to have a table all 12 of us could sit around comfortably

The property was wonderful. It was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome basket was very good. The swimming pool was a good size and the facilities in the pool area (toilet and showers) we well presented.
A good venue to get the family together. The pool was perfect to keep the children entertained.

Excellent property in glorious countryside and suited us, 6 couples with dogs, perfectly. Everything was efficient and immaculate. We had a couple of small problems while we were there and these were handled immediately by staff on site. Only comment was they needed more kitchen equipment for 12 guests but this did not stop us having a fantastic stay at Big Barn!
