I found Julian at cuisinella pontivy to be very helpful and took a genuine concern with my project.

Avoid at all costs! Never buy your kitchen from Cuisinella.

Once you’ve paid — at delivery, not after installation (you don’t have a choice…) — the nightmare begins.
The measurements taken by their so-called “professionals” were incorrect, parts were missing, and you’re left alone with a nonexistent customer service.
Despite countless calls and emails, we’ve received no concrete response. Promises of technician visits were made — none of them happened.
It’s now April 2025: the kitchen was ordered in July 2024, delivered mid-October, and installed a week later. And yet… it’s still not finished. We’ve been waiting for 6 months.
To make things worse: a flood caused by improper dishwasher installation left us without a working kitchen for 3 months. When they finally came for the “repair,” the installers discovered they didn’t even have the right parts. Since then — just NOTHING !
We’ve followed up over and over again — no result. No accountability, broken promises, fictitious appointments, and absolutely no respect for the customer.
Cuisinella Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois should be avoided at all costs. We feel scammed, abandoned, and deeply disappointed.
This is not how a major kitchen project should be handled.
A brand to avoid. Period.

Get ready for mistakes, excuses and disappointments.

They are all promises and smiles, but then one mistake after the other, with not even an apology, as if it’s expected.

They install cabinets that do not at all resemble the color on the mockup/estimate, then rather than acknowledge, they disregard the difference and say this is what it really looks like…never mind it’s not what they proposed.

I will no longer recommend them, as I have up to now ( my experience until delivery was alright ), now that I see that they do what they like and the customer just pays.

I paid for the whole kitchen one year ago and the kitchen is not yet finished. It is a big disappointment. Customer service is almost non existent.

Wajahat was an amazing help in planning my two kitchens. He was extremely quick to return a quote and the perspective views, even during the weekend. He is clearly an experienced professional who brings out-of-the-box solutions to the project and is truly an asset.

Sarah met with us in our home to design our new kitchen. She was very professional and presented us with many good ideas for the design.

Service was excellent, very professional & lovely people. The kitchen design is exactly what I wished for .
