Dogshit scammers, I don't understand how this site is still up, they should be locked up

The first time they withdrawd my 500€ the same day now im waiting 9 days for 1500€ and still is in the first process step.. this is a scam.

The live chat keeps saying the same excuse, there's a delay..

They are scammers and if you try to delete your account they send you to a false email address.. they take your money off of wins and you can't withdraw more than 500eu.. top 3 worst online casinos in the world if not #1.

Don't sign up they are scammers... they steal your money. I won over 300 euros and they only gave me 50 euro.. They scam and steal 7 and don't operate like any other live casino. Best is to avoid at all costs.

My experience with Casoola has been very disappointing. I submitted a withdrawal request 15 days ago, and I still have not received my money. Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same response: that my withdrawal request is still being processed. No clear explanation or estimated completion date has been provided.
Waiting over two weeks for a withdrawal is unacceptable. I expected a much higher level of professionalism, transparency, and customer service. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible and that the company improves the way it handles customer withdrawals and support.

Here’s my honest take on Casoola.
They have all the bells and whistles as far as games and bonuses go. There RTP is average and you can actually win some decent money here. The problem is the withdrawal process. It’s shady at best but you will always get your money…eventually. Customer service are real people. Yes they have auto responses but an actual live person who reads your messages. Some are dismissive and some are helpful and understanding of your inquiries, especially Aleccia.
If this site paid out in a consistent timeline I would have rated higher.
Overall..when I’m spending and depositing money into your platform and I win, I would like to get paid out.

I have a balance of € 1200,- , and this is not bonus money the first withdrawel I asked of the 22th of May and still not recieve it. When I contact them I only get a sorry for the delay. After 3 weeks now I am really pissed of and dont get anything in return

If I could give minus 5 stars, I would gladly do it. Casoola is one of the worst betting platforms to ever exist. Complete scammers. Withdrawals never arrive, and they keep lying to users by claiming the money will be credited within 3 days. The customer support is absolutely terrible, useless, dishonest, and completely unhelpful. AVOID this platform at all costs. NOBODY should deposit a single cent there.

The platform looks modern and has many games. Deposits are quick and simple. Withdrawals took a little longer than I expected but it was completed successfully. Overall, decent casino platform.
