The control briefly works well, but does not last. It malfunctions at about 2 years. I have two marine air systems on my Grand Banks. The aft unit is 40 years old and functions flawlessly with the original three knob analog control. I replaced the main cabin system 6 years ago. The unit itself performs well, but this is the third time I have had to replace the digital IO Compact control display. I was told there is no analog replacement. I wish the manufacturer would have kept it simple. The analog controls are far more user friendly. Three knobs…. on/off, temp and fan speed. No extensive manual is required to operate. No reprogramming a lot of useless parameters whenever the control has a brain lapse. Would I buy it again? Yes, under duress. It appears I have no other choice.
