Risers arrived on time, fit my 1999 4.3 Vortec just fine. Only reason for 4 stars is the picture was misleading, I did a fair amount of searching and paid more for these than I would have, but I wanted the silver risers to match my silver Vortec engine. Risers arrived black. Admittedly this is partially my fault, if I had read the description thoroughly I would have seen that they said they were black. Kind of disappointed but they fit and performed as they should.
