This paint is a bit darker in color than the original paint on my 1994 OMC Cobra SX outdrive. I applied this over the Evinrude zinc phosphate primer coat. Time will tell how well this lasts under operating conditions.
Great product.
Matched original color very well, expensive for the amount of paint you get though. Was able to coat lower unit 2 times with one can, 3 coats recommended for best results. Was able to paint engine + lower unit with 2 cans.

The spray pattern is not very even and the spray button is very small and the metal sealing throat does not allow for a handheld application grip to be used... no rolled edge for grip... it slips off. Therefore, your finger can easily get in the way of the spray and it gets sore after a bit.

Paint looks great, it was 20 shades darker than original paint but it is a 2005 motor. Only real complaint I have is the sprayer nozzles get stopped up so quickly..

It was a perfect color match. I had bought some white from another place that was for Johnson motors and didn’t come close. This matched my 96 Johnson perfectly. Very pleased

Found all 5 cans to be erratic. Tried to warm cans shake cans. They all did not have a consistent spray pattern. Hard to get a nice coat. Took more covering to get a decent finish. Final coat was acceptable but was tough to obtain. Imo
